Caryopteris 'Summer Sorbet'

Caryopteris Summer Sorbet is a deciduous shrub that, in late Summer through to Autumn, produces stunning colour and fragrance due to the pale blue, scented flowers it produces. The shrubs variegated foliage throughout the year is added to with green and yellow tints, therefore making sure that plenty of colour is on show at all angles. Ensuring Caryopteris are planted in moist, well-drained soil and kept in full sun is a key factor. They should also be pruned well after their flowering period so that the following years display is just as colourful and striking. Once-a-week watering will suffice, as long as the soil remains moist, but not waterlogged.
